Residential Projects

There is something extremly personal about building a "dream" home in the mountains, and HLCC understands that.  HLCC calls on its large project background technology to make the "custom built" project go smoothly.  But prior to construction we must get to know our future clients and what they are looking for in the project.  HLCC works to not only build a house, but a long lasting relationship, because we plan on being in the Yampa Valley for the long haul.
