HLCC strongly believes in the value of planning a project and running your project as planned.  As a timeless quote states, "plan your work and work your plan".

Here at HLCC we know there is a direct correlation between the amount of time  and effort expended on preconstruction services and the success or failure of any project up through final construction close out.  Because of this, HLCC dedicates its resources, both physical and technological, from educating its employees through the latest in computer technology to a committment of building and maintaining client relationships at this stage of the relationship rather than until the project is underway.  We believe that due to our mountain experience we have a lot to offer early on, and we're always uncovering ways more.  Our current services include the following:

Estimating: Provide accurate pricing from preliminary design and devlopment drawings through final construction drawings taking advantage of our lengthy building cost data base as well as current bids from our valued subcontractors.

Feasibility/Pro Forma Review: Analyzing the project requirements to ensure the project goals are attainable.

Value Engineering/Cost Control:  From creative thinking and problem solving, to acheive the most efficient project value, to reviewing in detail with our subcontractors potential for cost savings for an owner in order to bring about cost effective solutions without compromising the intent or integrity of the design.

Scheduling: From initial construction through project completion use of Suretrak's scheduling capabilities to ensure an accurate and understandable schedule.  Accurate schedules lead to projects completed on time.
